Return Policy

At Lunaaly, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must still be attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Items returned without original tags and packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at Help@Lunaaly.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will review your request and provide return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us using the return address provided in our email response.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.

Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different color or a different item of equal value (subject to availability).

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the original product.
