2. How long does delivery take?
Our total delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, including order handling and transit time. You will receive a tracking number within 1–3 business days after your order is shipped.
3. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order any time on our Order Tracking page by entering your order number and email address.
4. What materials do you use for your bags?
We use genuine leather, faux leather, and suede materials, carefully selected for their quality, durability, and luxurious feel. Each product listing includes specific material information.
