Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refund Process

  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  3. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show visible signs of use, damage, or tampering
